Shipping
Currently we offer 2 shipping options to the 48 contiguous United States. For shipping overseas or delivery to APO, FPO, DPO or PO Boxes, please contact info@proudpetpatches.com and allow 48 hour for a response. Pricing will be applied at the checkout page according to the delivery state and shipping method chosen.
Shipping Methods
Orders are fulfilled and shipped within the next business day. We do not ship on Sundays.

USPS Ground Shipping: Typically 3-5 days

UPS Expedited 2 Business Day: Order must be placed by 2PM EST for expedited delivery.
*BULK ORDERS: If your order costs us more than $100 to ship, we will contact you to create a custom quote.
Please understand we cannot account for delays caused by carriers, information errors, mistyped addresses or bad weather.
Tracking numbers are emailed upon shipment.
Return & Exchange Policy
Given the nature and packaging of our product, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. But don’t worry, we are confident of our design, the quality, and the effectiveness of our product if used as directed. The package contains all the information needed to administer the bandage. Please reach out to info@proudpetpatches.com if something is not as expected, and allow 48 hours for response.
